Every year, the slopes of Kona turn white with “Kona Snow” as the coffee trees begin to blossom. The coffee beans gently ripen from green to red in the warm Hawaiian sun. Then the brilliant red coffee cherry is carefully hand-picked in the Kona tradition to ensure that only the finest beans are selected for roasting.
