           Jungle’s Edge Coffee Estate rests high on the slopes of
    Mauna Loa in the heart of Kona Coffee Country on the Big
    Island of Hawaii. Nestled under the shade of carefully
    preserved Ohia trees, our orchard is situated at the perfect
    elevation to capture the warm morning sun and the cool
    afternoon rains. Rooted in rich volcanic soil, our trees are
    endowed with nature's ideal growing conditions which
    embody the smooth rich flavor found only in 100% Kona
    Coffee.
           Every year, fragrant white blossoms decorate the
    orchard in late winter. The trees then enjoy the Spring and
    Summer rains at the height of coffee cherry development
    ensuring large, high-quality beans. The coffee beans gently
    ripen from green to red in the warm Hawaiian sun. Then the
    brilliant red coffee cherry is carefully hand-picked in the
    Kona tradition to ensure that only the finest beans are
    selected for roasting. At Jungle’s Edge Coffee, our beans
    are roasted in small batches to provide the freshest tasting
    coffee possible.
